MEETING MINUTES


Members Present: Howard Sandler-Chairman, Michael Cole-Vice Chairman, Leslie Ann Morse-Clerk, Craig Nightingale, Debbie Abbott, Frank Salomone & Tim Klink.

Staff Present: Mary Elizabeth Burgess, Town Planner and Frank DeFelice, Building Inspector & Zoning Officer


Mr. Sandler (Chairman) called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM


ANR

CASE PB#2005-24 - -A. W. DAVID LaVIGNE, seeking ANR for 50 Gov Winslow Drive, Eastham, Map 17 Parcel 706.

DECISION:
A MOTION was made by LeslieMorse, SECONDED by Michael Cole to endorse the ANR requested by Swedberg Estate c/o A. W. David Lavigne, for property located at 50 Governor Winslow Drive, Eastham, Map 17 Parcel 706.

VOTE:   IN FAVOR - UNANIMOUS

RELEASE OF COVENANT

CASE PB2005-23 & CASEPB2004-09 - DAVID & MARY RIMAVICUS, Subdivision located at  595R Nauset Road & Turtle Pond Road - Map 12 Parcels 167C, 198A & 198B.


DECISION:
A MOTION was made by Kevin Holland, SECONDED by Debbie Abbott  to release and execute Covenant for David W. Rimavicus for  property located at  595R Nauset Road, Eastham, Map 12, Parcels 167C, 198A & 198B.

VOTE:   IN FAVOR - UNANIMOUS

A discussion followed - -Bransford VS Edgartown
                                       Fence Regulations
                                       Nonconforming Lots
                                       Zoning By-Law changes

There will be a work session on September 28, 2005 at 4:00 PM.


A MOTION was made by Michael Cole and SECONDED by Leslie Morse  to approve the Minutes of August 10, 2005.  
       
 VOTE;  IN FAVOR - UNANIMOUS

  MOTION TO ADJOURN AT 6:55 PM was made by Leslie Morse, SECONDED by Craig Nightingale
